Group sessions are a type of work out that you do with a number of people and it is lead by the instructor. With our group sessions we like to incorporate many different types of exercises in a work out including Pilates, Yoga, Step, Bosu, Core Conditioning, Muscle Conditioning, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Sculpting and much more.
